Refoundry MXDR for Microsoft Security

Overview Refoundry MXDR Managed Service is an AI enabled, Microsoft native security operations service that delivers 24/7 eyes-on-glass monitoring, detection, investigation, and response across identity, endpoint, email, cloud, and data workloads.

Built on Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel, the service leverages Microsoft’s AI driven threat intelligence, cross domain signal correlation, and automated investigation capabilities—augmented by Refoundry’s certified security analysts—to reduce alert fatigue, accelerate response, and improve overall security posture.

AI Enabled Detection and Investigation Refoundry MXDR uses the AI capabilities built into Microsoft Security products to improve detection accuracy and response speed, including: o AI assisted correlation of signals across endpoints, identities, email, cloud apps, and infrastructure o Automated investigations that prioritize high confidence incidents and suppress noise o Behavioral analytics and threat intelligence enrichment to identify advanced threats faster o Machine assisted triage that enables analysts to focus on confirmed security incidents o These capabilities allow threats to be identified and investigated in minutes rather than hours, while maintaining transparency and control within the customer’s Microsoft tenant.

Visibility, detection, and response capabilities are limited to workloads covered by Customer’s Microsoft licensing and the telemetry and configurations enabled within Customer’s Microsoft tenant(s).

Where available, the service may incorporate Microsoft security copilots and automated investigation features as part of native Microsoft Security capabilities.
