The program integrates a thorough readiness assessment with a Proof of Value, complemented by the development of a comprehensive deployment plan that provides clear evidence of business impact and guidance for scaling into production. You finish with numbers your CFO can approve and a production path your CIO can operate. Eligible customers may receive Microsoft co-funding covering up to ~50%; we manage the application (final decision by Microsoft).

Our Processes:

I. Assessment Phase (4 weeks)

• Business & Use Case Discovery: identifying top business priorities and selecting 2–3 high-ROI AI use cases.
• Data & Architecture Evaluation: assessing your Azure environment, data pipelines, and compliance setup using Microsoft-recommended tools such as Azure Migrate or Dr. Migrate to provide a clear, actionable assessment report.
• Feasibility & Maturity Mapping: mapping technical, organizational, and governance readiness.
• Roadmap & Recommendations: defining phased adoption roadmap with Azure-native architecture guidance.

II. Proof of Value Phase (2– 4 weeks)

• POV Workload Deployment: deploying one pilot AI use case on the customer’s Azure subscription using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or App Service/AKS.
• Validation of Results: measuring business impact, cost efficiency, and performance outcomes.
• Solution Architecture: documenting Azure services and design for future scaling.
• Deployment Plan: outlining production rollout with timeline, milestones, and estimated costs.

Deliverables:

• AI Readiness Report: ROI analysis, feasibility, and maturity mapping.
• POV Deployment Results: pilot AI workload deployed on the customer’s Azure subscription as a production-ready workload.
• Solution Architecture Document: describing the Azure services and design used.
• Post-Assessment Deployment Plan: timeline, milestones, and cost model for scaling to production.
