Our AI Kickstarter is a program designed to help government organisations begin or expand their use and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the full capabilities within Microsoft’s AI platform.

2. Governance & Security for Data & AI: Dive into data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements for government organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Define roles and processes to secure sensitive and classified data, ensuring AI adoption aligns with public sector regulatory, legislative, and cyber security obligations.

3. Adoption & Building an AI Culture: Create a change and engagement plan for executives, operational teams, and frontline staff. Build a core adoption team and foster scenario‑based uptake to drive efficiency, citizen value, and improved internal processes.

4. Vision, Goals & Success for AI: Collaboration between ASI experts and your Steering Group to shape a whole‑of‑agency AI vision, define clear objectives, and prioritise a roadmap for sustainable operational excellence, service improvement, and future capability.
