Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment

Ascend will kick-off the initial stage to set the foundation by outlining the need for a detailed readiness process, emphasizing the ultimate goal of seamlessly integrating Copilot into organizational workflows.

Ascend will execute the Copilot Readiness Assessment, encompassing Tenant Best Practices for Security and Configuration. This includes a thorough examination of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, focusing on file collaboration, access, permissions, file management, sharing, collaboration strategy, and SharePoint security and architecture. The review extends to Microsoft 365 Copilot Requirements, Licensing Gap Analysis, and Semantic Index Review, culminating in the presentation of findings, risks, recommendations, and the development of a remediation action plan.
