Component 1: AI Center of Excellence & Solution Envisioning

Component 3: Generative AI Factory
• Conduct a GenAIOps maturity assessment and deliver 5–6 prioritized actionable improvements
• Select and build a Proof of Value (PoV) AI use case — production-ready in 6–8 weeks
• Deploy 2–3 GenAIOps priorities across dev and production environments
• Establish a repeatable, factory-like model for continuous AI solution delivery

Engagement Model
