MCNE Key features:
- MCNE provides the following communication channels: email, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp and SMS, using unified API and notification templates across the channels. You may use any provider for each channel, according to your needs, and being in full control of your costs.
- MCNE is effective in sending transactional notifications at a professional standard, not being designed for mass marketing communication.
- Notification templates are designed by the application integration teams, using advanced techniques enabling the creation of sophisticated template models: HTML templates, with attachments, enriched with Jinja Templates standard; for rapid development an VS Code Editor is available. Templates could be easily changed during operation, by the business team in a simple way.
- You can track the delivery of the notification for each recipient and channel. Each message is signed with a Template ID and Notification ID so is transparent and easy to find, offering configurable message retention policy. Five levels of monitoring are available for the customer to track both messages and the system status.
- MCNE assures high level of security by data isolation and encryption, and role based access. Each customer has an own dedicated database, and the data is not mixed by the default system architecture.
- You can connect several business applications to MCNE, using the same SaaS subscription, each having independent configuration for channels selection and providers, and the system setting.
Communication services:
- MCNE allows flexible selection and configuration of the communication services used for each channel. Costs of the related communication services are not included in the standard pricing and are in customer’s responsibility.
- We support several communication API suppliers for each channel, including Exchange Server online and on-premises, as SMTP service. Supported suppliers and MCNE channel configurations for each are available in our public website documentation.
- Channel configuration is done in an easy way in MCNE user interface, just introducing few customer’s account identification parameters, API keys and endpoints, for the respective supplier.
