Secure Managed IT Services is an all-in-one, Microsoft-native managed IT and security service built for small and mid-sized businesses that need enterprise-grade protection without enterprise-sized teams or budgets. We take full ownership of your day-to-day IT — from helpdesk and endpoint management to identity, email, and cloud security — using the Microsoft security stack. We deploy and manage Microsoft’s core security stack within 30 days at zero upfront cost and one predictable monthly subscription. This includes Microsoft security & tenant hardening, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Sentinel.
Delivered by certified Microsoft engineers and backed by our Consulting with a Conscience™ philosophy, the service combines proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, user support, and continuous security hardening into one predictable monthly investment. The result: a fully managed, secure-by-design IT environment that keeps your team productive, your data protected, and your leadership focused on the business — not on chasing tickets or patching gaps.
This offer is built for small and mid-sized businesses (typically 25–300 users) that rely on Microsoft 365 and need a trusted partner to run and secure their IT environment end-to-end. Ideal users include:
• SMB business owners, CEOs, and COOs who want peace of mind that IT and security are handled without hiring an internal team.
• IT managers and lean IT teams looking to offload day-to-day support, monitoring, and Microsoft 365 administration so they can focus on strategic initiatives.
• CFOs and finance leaders seeking predictable IT spend, reduced cyber-insurance risk, and maximum ROI from existing Microsoft licensing.
• Compliance-conscious organizations in regulated sectors (healthcare, legal, accounting, real estate, manufacturing) that need documented security controls and audit readiness.
• Growing companies scaling headcount, onboarding/offboarding frequently, or expanding across multiple locations who need consistent IT governance.
SMBs are being asked to defend against the same threats as the Fortune 500 — with a fraction of the resources. This service directly addresses:
• Rising cyber risk without in-house expertise: phishing, ransomware, and identity-based attacks are escalating, but most SMBs can't afford (or find) dedicated security talent.
• Underutilized Microsoft investments: businesses are paying for Microsoft 365 Business Premium but only using a fraction of the built-in security and management capabilities.
• Fragmented vendors and tool sprawl: juggling separate providers for helpdesk, endpoint management, email security, and backup creates gaps, finger-pointing, and surprise costs.
• Slow, reactive IT support: long ticket resolution times frustrate employees and drain productivity; SMBs need responsive, proactive support, not break-fix.
