Service Scope
- Device enrolment and provisioning using Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager and Zero-touch enrolment.
- Lifecycle management including onboarding, reprovisioning, retirement and secure device wipe.
- Management of Intune configuration, compliance and security policies.
- Application protection policies to safeguard corporate data.
- Deployment of Microsoft 365 apps and up to 10 approved business applications through the Microsoft Company Portal.
- Remote device administration including lock, wipe, configuration refresh and end-user support.
- Monthly reporting covering compliance, device health, encryption, application deployment and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint status.
This managed service provides ongoing administration of Microsoft Intune within a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment.
