Information Concierge receives incoming documents and emails, understands their context, and routes them to the right place in Microsoft 365—without users needing to pre-build forms or templates. It’s powered by Circle T’s Automated Content Extraction (C-ACE) on Azure OpenAI and orchestrated with SharePoint + Logic Apps for high-throughput, low-touch processing.

Core capabilities:

• Smart intake from email, “drop-off” libraries, scanned content, network file shares or manual upload; attachments are captured and prepared for processing.

• AI understanding & extraction using Azure OpenAI with reusable Extraction Packs (managed as prompts by library owners) to classify and pull key fields from any content type—contracts, invoices, requests, forms, and more.

• Automated routing to the correct SharePoint library/folder/team with supporting metadata, labels, and follow-up actions.

• Human-in-the-loop approval queues for exceptions or uncertain classifications before final filing.

• Tagging & labelling to support downstream processes (e.g., sensitivity or records labelling) and reporting.

• Operationalized on Azure with Logic Apps, Functions, and secure service identities; configuration lives in SharePoint so admins can evolve rules without code.

• Extensible & versioned configuration so prompts, mappings, and rules can be changed safely over time.
