NextSet Document can support version control, permissions (create, delete, revise, download), approval routes for publication and many other features. Run on cloud, support smart phone view. Workflow feature for publishing document. Version management, access management, publication period, fulltext search, read/unread management. Migration tool to migrate data from Notes.

• Document Management system working on cloud and can bee viewed and controlled from both PC and smart phones

• Providing necessary functions such as: Read/Unread management, Access Rights management, Publication Management(Date,Purposes), Version Management.

• Enables Document Creation with richtext, Approval/Rejection with Workflow function, Document Publish/Unpublish setting, Access Authorisation per category/document type, and Document version management.

• Full-text keyword search targeting all documents.

• You can transfer documents that you are managing on existing Notes DB using client tool specialised to upload Notes data DB. (You can also transfer embedding attachment file or embedding image)

• Various advanced workflows are possible. (Will enable more complex workflow functions such as: Unconditional branch, Delegate approval, Sync with other systems, Stamping, Discussion function)
