AIM provides a structured 3-day Azure Migration Assessment designed to evaluate workload readiness, identify risks, and define a secure, cost-optimized migration roadmap to Microsoft Azure.

This fixed-scope professional engagement delivers a comprehensive readiness review aligned with Microsoft Azure best practices and the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

The assessment helps organizations clearly understand:

• What workloads can migrate
• How they should migrate
• What risks exist
• Estimated Azure costs
• Required governance and security controls

This engagement does not include migration execution. It delivers a clear migration plan and executive-ready roadmap.

What’s Included

Environment & Infrastructure Review

• On-premises or current cloud infrastructure topology review
• Server inventory (virtual machines, operating systems, sizing)
• Storage configuration and performance patterns
• Network architecture (VPN, firewall, segmentation)
• Active Directory / identity structure
• Existing backup and disaster recovery mechanisms
• Current monitoring and logging configuration

Application & Workload Analysis

• Application inventory and business criticality classification
