Zoho Desk now integrates with Microsoft Teams, leveraging the collaboration application from Microsoft as an additional channel to support ticket management. By bringing the capabilities like support ticket management into Microsoft Teams, Zoho Desk simplifies support workflows and enhances team collaboration.
Users can integrate Desk's Tickets module as a tab inside their organization's Teams interface. This integration enables support executives to view, create, or solve tickets with a quick turnaround time without leaving their Teams interface.
Zoho Desk and Microsoft Teams integration will also enable the support executives to chat with the Desk Bot in Teams and receive real-time notifications on their tickets within the Teams interface.
