WEEK 0: PLANNING & PREPARATION

Copilot Use Case Examples for POV
The POV is completely customized to your organization and the Copilot you're interested in implementing. For example, if participants are all sellers, we'll train them on Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales use cases. Copilot's embedded experience in Dynamics 365 Sales enables sellers to quickly gain insights into CRM records, keeping them within their workflow.
Some capabilities of Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft 365 Copilot that you may receive training on include:
- Microsoft Teams: Summaries of past meeting notes, CRM record information, sales tips, competitor insights, and meeting agenda items in real-time.
- Outlook: Contextual email replies, AI-generated email summaries, email coaching, adding records directly to Dynamics 365 from Outlook, summarizing email history, etc.
- Dynamics 365 Sales: View recent changes of your records, summarize account/opportunity/lead records, get content recommendations from SharePoint, prepare for upcoming meetings, share Dynamics 365 record cards in Outlook or Microsoft Teams, one-click Dynamics 365 task creation from meeting recap, etc.
- Microsoft 365: Draft a proposal in Microsoft Word, build an on-brand pitch deck in PowerPoint, generate unique images, and reference internal files—such as those found in SharePoint and OneNote—while creating content in Microsoft 365 apps.
