Requirements, scope, and limitations

• Account required: An active SendHub subscription is required to use this app. For details or a trial, contact sales@sendhub.com or visit sendhub.com/pricing.
• AI credits: AI features require additional in-app AI credits.
• Scope: This app surfaces SendHub’s web experience in a Teams tab. Voice/calling services are not included.
• Outside of Teams: Certain workflows (for example, account administration, billing, and sign-up) occur on the SendHub website and are distinctly separate from the Teams tab.
• Supported Microsoft 365 clients: Microsoft Teams (desktop, web, and mobile). Not available for Outlook or Office.

Getting started

1. Install the app in Microsoft Teams.
2. Open the SendHub tab and sign in with your SendHub account.
3. Start messaging customers from Teams.
