Request a new check Initiating a new background check can now be requested without having to leave Microsoft Teams. Simply navigate to the 3-2-1-GoCheck app in Microsoft Teams and enter the command "Create Now Order". Afterwards, you'll be able to input essential details required for us to execute the background checks. 3-2-1-GoCheck will be notified immediately of the request.

Timely updates Stay on top of what's happening in your candidates as a team or department by using our “get status” feature.
