Book the best-fit space for your meeting while creating a new event from your familiar Outlook interface. Scheduling conflicts will be shown in the add-in panel to make instant changes.

• Arrange meeting services in one booking flow

Order catering and additional meeting services like cleaning directly within one flow while you book a room.

• Stay in the know with the latest information

New appointments and any subsequent changes will be automatically synced between Outlook and the Yeastar Workplace dashboard, keeping you up to date.

*Note: To use this add-in, you will need an active Yeastar Workplace account and a subscription plan. Integrating Yeastar Workplace with Microsoft 365 Calendar or Exchange is also required.
