Sharing Tools

Easily integrate your eStream media content with your Microsoft Teams workflow. You can now access the eStream interface directly from the message composition box to search for, upload and embed content. Choose from videos, Freeview and eStream Connect recordings, Photo Library galleries and lightboxes, interactive quizzes and more.

Virtual Class

The eStream Virtual Class tool enables you to present live or pre-recorded video content to attendees. You can also control the video playback for viewers and discuss via the integrated eStream live messaging chat box.

Live streams can also be incorporated into a Virtual Class using the eStream Live Encoder*. This enables the presenter to provide a live stream of their camera feed, alongside other materials such as documents, presentations and videos – this provides a great way to deliver remote classes.

The built-in eStream chat box adds a great collaborative tool, enabling two-way communication between the presenter and attendee. In addition, any discussion during the Virtual Class is timecode linked, providing an easy way for presenters to track user activity and answer any questions.

Using the eStream Microsoft Teams App enables you to schedule or create ad-hoc Virtual Classes from within Teams and invite Teams members to attend.

Please note, to use this App, you must belong to an organisation that has a valid subscription to eStream. You will also require the Access Key from your organisation’s eStream platform – please contact your platform administrator to obtain this.

*eStream subscription must include Live Streaming module for this feature.
