Agenda and Deliverables:
Lay the foundation of all future work with the POC using the previous assessment, roadmap, and plan as a guide
Modernize the application with Microsoft Azure’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) and utilize Microsoft ‘best practice’ architectures
Organize resources, determine responsibilities, and start work
Modernization of 1 web application/subsystem using Azure PaaS services
Provide a learnings document that captures lessons learned from the proof-of-concept
