Requirements & Admin Dependencies
- Assist AI requires a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator to complete the initial authorization and one-time configuration before other users in the tenant can use the app.
- Assist AI depends on configured internal knowledge sources to provide automated responses.
- Ticketing functionality is optional and requires integrating a supported ticketing system (such as HappyFox Helpdesk).
- End-users may experience limited functionality until the admin completes setup at Assist AI Admin Setup.
