Our FastTrack team will provide guidance to help you perform data migration to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. We will offer you a combination of latest and greatest tools and documents. In addition, we may perform configuration tasks where applicable and feasible.

Migration from Dynamics CRM On-Premises to Dynamics 365

When engaging with our FastTrack team, you will work with a designated engineer to go through key stages: pre-requisite setup, migration test and validation, and go-live.

1. Pre-requisite setup: We will guide and assist you to perform important tasks and get ready for migration. Here are some examples of those tasks: set up Dynamics 365 online tenant/organization, set up Azure subscription, get customer application code ready etc.
2. Migration test and validation: We will guide and assist you to run tests and validations necessary to ensure successful migration outcomes.
3. Go-live: We will guide and assist you to prepare and complete the go-live activities and support any post go-live activities if necessary.
