Frontline Needs - 1 day Assessment

This assessment will be carried out over 8 hours as a single day session or two half day sessions. Our consultant/s shall have meetings with some representatives of your frontline, with your back office operations Teams and the ITDM. The current toolset being used by the frontline will be assessed along with any areas where technology can bring cost and time savings or improved compliance and enhanced Customer experience.

As an outcome of the assessment, a high level recommendations will be made on how Microsoft 365 can help enhance productivity and collaboration.
