What we do (scope)

• Readiness Assessment: Review Microsoft 365 licensing and service availability.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Planning: Conduct workshops to align IT and business leaders; define KPIs; map personas and high‑value scenarios.
• Pilot Deployment (10–50 users): Enable Copilot for priority departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance); deliver prompt coaching and usage guides; capture feedback to fine‑tune rollout.
