Power Platform Assessment

beanTech performs business process analysis, with the aim of defining customer needs about key processes that can be structured and digitalized through Microsoft Power Platform, as Power Apps and Power Automate. The resources available have functional and a technical skills, in order to support the customer in its digital transformation and define the projects and its application. The assessment is also aimed of defining training sessions for key users and system administrators. The deliverables of the assessment are:

• Meetings/calls with the customer's key users to collect requirements and desires in order to design precisely the Power Platform solution
• Meetings / calls with customer IT team and third-party suppliers, to share specific application techniques to be integrated with the Power Platform solution and for alignment on technical aspects
• Features/requirements documentation drafting by beanTech Business Analyst
• Features/requirements approval by the Customer's key users
• Technical solution and economic quotation elaboration by beanTech Solution Architect and Business Analyst
