Dynamics 365 Sales: Excel-to-CRM Jumpstart, Live in 7-9 Weeks

Deliverables

• Discovery sessions & CRM use case mapping (1 week) to review current Microsoft Excel workflows, understand pain points and frustrations, determine user personas, and define CRM goals and map sales processes
• Environment setup (1 week) to provision Dynamics 365 Sales sandbox, configure security hierarchy, and enable Microsoft 365 integrations
• Configure CRM (2-3 weeks) by adding up to 5 custom fields per core sales entities, configuring forms and views for core sales entities, configuring 1 Sales Dashboard, and automating 1 Sales Process
• Data mapping & import templates (1 week) by designing Microsoft Excel templates and mapping Microsoft Excel columns to core sales entities
• Test and validate (1-2 weeks) workflows and conduct user testing using guides
• Provide hands-on training session and post-launch hypercare support (1 week)

Assumptions

• Up to 10 users (additional scope required for more users)
• Customer provides clean data for upload based on standard templates provided by BCS
