The services start with a Discovery Workshop, designed to provide a roadmap to unlock high-value opportunities and leverage Microsoft Technologies including Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure Data services. Discharge Planning provides a collaborative interface to improve communication, identify bottlenecks and help patients leave the hospital as quickly as clinically feasible. The cost varies base on the scope of the engagement.

The workshop is typically followed by Design, Build and Implementation readiness phases based on the agreed direction with the client.
