TASMO Medical

TASMO is an unstructured search, semantic extraction and machine learning framework that turns non integrated sources of information into a unified data corpus, simplifying the tasks of information finding and retrieval, and the automatic construction of models and prediction schemes on top. TASMO Medical has been trained to recognize and extract relevant medical information from natural language.

After instantiating the AMI, navigate to its default web page using the public domain name of the machine in your preferred browser. Forms to add and search documents, as well as to evaluate text fragments, will be available. The REST API of TASMO can be accesed at /_rest?text= and appending the text snippet you want to process. Please note that the later parameter is mandatory.
