Import a single XER file with one click, or point the visual at a folder to load your entire project portfolio at once. Supports local drives, network shares, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Four built-in analysis panels cover everything a project controls team needs: an Executive Dashboard with portfolio-wide KPIs, a Project Overview with full WBS hierarchy and activity-level detail, an Interactive Gantt Chart with Actual, Remaining, and Baseline bars, and an automated DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment with fully configurable pass/fail thresholds. All data is processed securely inside the browser — nothing leaves Power BI.
