Furthermore, Bluebik will evaluate the business impact of each use-cases both in financial aspects such as possible ROI, potential revenue increase, or possible cost optimizing and non-financial aspects such as process improvement, more friendly working journey etc.

Lastly, Bluebik will provide recommendations on how to prioritize the use-cases portfolio that guarantee business returns to secure your management buy-in and design implementation plan with recommendations for improvement to close the gaps that roadblocking your company from implementing the impactful data analytics use-cases in Azure.

Week 1 – week 6

A workshop/interview with high-level management to identify the company’s business vision and direction a. Research and synthesize potential trends that may affect company business-as-usual (from customer trend, competitor trend, technology trends etc.) b. Conduct a visioning workshop with high-level management (from C-level to N-2 level) to form business vision and direction as well as pointing out key potential optimization point in business c. Summarize visions and direction to form business strategy hypotheses
Workshop/interview with key working person in each unit to form deep understanding of business operation and pain points as well as identify key gaps a. Workshop with middle level management & working-level employee to identify i. Potential analytics use-case that helps with the business direction ii. (If necessary) Follow up in-depth interview / observation with working level to identify and hypothesize actual operating process of the mapped out potential use cases

Week 6 -Week 12 4. Ideate hypothesis of potential data analytics use-cases based on the company’s key units (from business unit to supporting unit) a. Deep dive into selected potential use cases with actual data analytics techniques possible b. Design operating model of the potential use cases from necessary process flow, required people’s capability and infrastructure needed to operate use cases c. Discuss and validate hypothesized use cases with client’s working-level and management-level d. Assess how Microsoft Azure’s cloud solutions fit into the requirement

Week 12-16 5. Evaluate use-cases’ business impact and form a potential use-cases portfolio based on potential impacts and practicality a. Using Bluebik’s impact assessment metrics to quantify use-cases’ impact. Adjusting weight of each factor to tailor-made the metrics with the client expectation and context i. Quantify monetary and non-monetary impacts to the company ii. Evaluate implementation difficulty in terms of data technicality and actual deployment

Week 16-20 6. Develop data analytics roadmap that prioritizing quick win and big win use cases a. Prioritize use-cases to create use-cases portfolio and a roadmap to develop in each phase

Design an action plan to close gaps and implement impactful data analytics use cases a. Create action plan that maps out the required task the client needs to develop whether in terms of people, process, technology, or data using Azure’s solutions.
