Amplify Microsoft Teams with Viva Amplify POC

This 45-day remote proof of concept consists of the following:

• Kick-off: Introductions and Preparation
• Discovery: Review current state, current communication processes, user readiness, potential barriers to adoption, and goals with Viva Amplify and the targeted Teams feature.
• Envisioning: UC ACM Consultant will provide an outline in presentation format reflecting your goals outlined in Session 1, along with a remote train-the-trainer training session empowering and educating your team on the use of specified Teams feature and Viva Amplify. Training on Viva Amplify includes introduction, admin roles, create campaign, build campaign brief, create publication, publish, campaign report data, and campaign publications.
• Implementation: UC ACM Consultant will work with you and your change management team (stakeholders, champions/power users/trainers, managers) to execute the Viva Amplify campaign and begin tracking the success of the message.
• Closeout: UC ACM Consultant will provide all training content (to include Viva Amplify and Teams user guides and recordings) from the implementation stage.
