Our Azure Cost Optimization Assessment is driven by CloudTrimTool, an internal tool built by our team with over a decade of hands-on Azure delivery and cost optimization experience. The tool analyzes actual usage and consumption data to highlight resources that are underutilized, incorrectly sized, or no longer needed.

Across multiple Azure environments, the tool has identified cost optimization opportunities of up to 40%, representing more than $5 million in potential Azure savings to date.

This assessment helps you understand your Azure spend and uncover cost optimization opportunities. We review your Azure environment to identify inefficiencies, oversizing, idle resources, and opportunities to reduce costs across compute, storage, and networking.

Objective – Assess the environment and provide recommendations that do not require architectural changes. Outcome – At the end of the assessment, you receive a clear report outlining optimization opportunities, potential cost savings, and actionable next steps-delivering immediate Azure cost reduction through configuration tweaks, resource optimization, and policy adjustments..

Phase 2: Deep Dive Modernization

Objective: Comprehensive assessment of the environment, understandings its in and out. Outcome: Suggest architectural changes, modernization strategies, and advanced optimizations for further cost savings.
