The Full Trusted Advisor program includes 160 hours delivered over a one‑year contract. Contract duration and hours are flexible, ranging from a 40‑hour Intro to Trusted Advisor engagement to full‑time staff augmentation.

• Flexible Engagement Model: Consume support hours as needed, with agile, non-project-specific engagements.
• Hands-On Support & Escalation: Quickly resolve complex issues with escalation support minimizing downtime and support gaps.

Engagement Model

• Monthly or Annual hours-based support contract that can be expanded as needed
• Recurring calls for service planning, usage review, and proactive/reactive assistance
• Resources available workdays (8AM - 5PM) via phone, email, or Teams
• After hours support options available
• Projects with specific scope and delivery dates can be scoped separately
