&money EngageMe Platform is a configurable end-to-end solution that digitalizes and optimizes the entire meeting process within banking, insurance, and pension sectors — directly inside your existing CRM system.

The platform has 4 main services where all services are integrated to the customers CRM system:

  1. BookMe – Advanced scheduling engine for customers, advisors, and partners, maximizing availability for valuable customers, while ensuring the most effective use of advisor resources and competencies.
  2. PrepareMe – Automated pre-meeting process combining AI-driven preparation, customer qualification, and seamless document collection and verification to ensure every meeting starts fully informed and compliant
  3. MeetMe – An AI-powered live assistant that supports advisors in real time during customer meetings — ensuring meeting goals are achieved, relevant products are presented, and sales opportunities are identified. After each meeting, MeetMe delivers personal feedback, enabling continuous advisor development and measurable performance improvement.
  4. AssistMe – Automates creation of leads, cases, and opportunities, and ensures consistent follow-up actions. Summaries and customer focused messages are generated instantly after each meeting.

All modules are no-code configurable via the platform’s Management UI.
