A flexible delivery model where we can take charge of the entire process or deliver completely on your terms, alongside inhouse consultants.

Typical process for a delivery where we deliver the entire solution would be:

• Assessement of needs and scope. Understanding the problem and discussing the appropriate solution. Workshop of anything from 1-3 hours depending on complexity and stakeholders.
• Concept draft. We create a draft solution for how we see the best approach for implementation. 1-2 days with design suggestion deliverable.
• Developing a PoC with agreed scope. 1-3 weeks or more depending on scope and complexity.
• Adjusting PoC based on testing and feedback and preparing the solution for production. 1 week or more, depending on complexity.

We can also do add-on services with user adoption if the solution requires training or introduction in the organization.

The indicated 4-week period is an estimate. Depending on the complexity it can be longer, or shorter.
