Allocatus Viewer

Allocatus Viewer allows the entire project team to access the complete Microsoft Project schedule through Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft 365. Additional advantages include:

• As the project manager, you utilize Microsoft Project, while all other roles only require a Microsoft 365 account, with Microsoft Teams and Outlook being optional. The procedure is quite simple.
• Publish the project plan: The project manager opens the project plan, for instance, via a .mpp file or Project Online, and then selects Publish from the Allocatus menu.
• A unified Gantt chart for the entire team: Allocatus Viewer presents the complete project plan to all team members within Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or Microsoft 365.

Requirements:

To utilize the Allocatus Viewer app, each user must have an Allocatus Cloud subscription. Additionally, the project manager must download and install an Add-In for Microsoft Project to publish data to Allocatus Viewer.
