What is CloudTeaming Azure Managed Services?

CloudTeaming is a portfolio of Azure operational and management services; an evolution of traditional managed services. Trustmarque provides tiers of partnership; designed to meet organisations varying tactical, strategic and operational requirements, and cloud confidence. Our services are all build on top of the open source Cloudmarque architecture; allowing Customers to build and/or run their cloud estates to best practice and allowing them to seamlessly take advantage of our range of CloudTeaming Services.

Pro Connect Service

This service is designed specifically for customers wishing to retain cloud resource deployment, configuration and support responsibilities but are looking to leverage subject matter expertise and Cloudmarque reference architecture for advice and guidance.

• Advisory Service reviews; providing advice and guidance in relation to Customers future plans and initiatives helping to enable timely and informed decision making. Provides insight into trends and product/solution developments as well as insights based on requests raised
• Provides a sounding board for Customers who are comfortable in supporting and managing their Azure infrastructure and applications
• Provides Customers moving to the cloud with a ‘lifeline’ or ‘safety net’; providing on-demand access to Azure technical specialists, providing timely advice and guidance
• Provides access to the Cloudmarque Open Reference Architecture, allowing Customers to accelerate their cloud journey, adhere to best practice, simplify operations and maximise their cloud investment

Co-Managed and Fully Managed Services

These services provide a suite of DevOps based cloud management services, built on top of the Cloudmarque Open Reference Architecture and designed for customers wishing to manage their cloud operations through monitoring, orchestration and automation best practice tooling.

• Provides orchestration, automation and tooling to underpin the management and operation of customer Azure estates at scale
• Provides access to the Cloudmarque Open Reference Architecture, allowing customers to accelerate their cloud journey, adhere to best practice, simplify operations and maximise their Azure investment
• Allows customers to leverage best practice DevOps principles, automation and orchestration to underpin their cloud operations, improving their adoption, management and operations
• Provides options for co-management or out-tasking based around the use of a continuously developed and supported Open Reference Architecture
• Provides solutions to address specific maintenance requirements, such as monitoring, budget management, security and backup
• Allows customers to leverage the tools and expertise from a trusted Cloud services provider within a modern partnership framework
