Expo XT Call Analytics for Fabric Workload

Expo XT brings unified contact center and telephony analytics to Microsoft Fabric. From Metropolis, the workload installs as a native Fabric item and runs entirely inside your own Fabric tenant: it connects to your communication platform over OAuth, lands the data in a Lakehouse in your OneLake, and ships prebuilt Power BI reports so your team sees contact center and call performance on day one, without building and maintaining a custom data pipeline.

The workload ships with the Zoom integration today, covering Zoom Phone call history and Zoom Contact Center engagements and voice calls. A guided setup provisions the Lakehouse and authorizes Zoom in a few steps, and a cross-platform wallboard report is ready out of the box.

Expo XT is one workload, not a per-vendor product. It is designed to add the other communication platforms Metropolis supports over time, so the same Fabric item becomes a single analytics surface across your contact center and telephony estate as you connect more sources.
