This is an offer for consulting services to help higher education institutions validate their student experience needs, strategic enrollment management goals and discover how an enterprise CRM can assist in meeting goals related to enrollments, retention and student success. This offer will involve a higher education specialist working with key stakeholders through faciliation workshops followed by analysis and documentation and limited to 100 hours. The discovery services will involve the following:

1. Workshop on institutional Strategic enrollment management goals and challenges
2. Student journey mapping identifying the journey from lead to prospect to applicant through to graduation
3. Identifying touchpoints, channels, challenges & opportunities for the student experience along the student journey
4. Institutional readiness assessment involving a high level analysis of existing technology, people and process
5. Roadmap for creating an optimal student experience aligned with the strategic vision and SEM goals

The deliverables provided to the institution include:

1. Student Experience and CRM roadmap
2. Change Management & Sustainability Plan
3. Student Journey map
