Applies Technical Solutions to Solve Microsoft 365 Business Challenges The BizTech Fusion White Glove Service begins by conducting interviews with key client stakeholders and decision makers to evaluate how Microsoft 365 is supporting the business environment and identify opportunities for enhanced adoption and utilization. BizTech Fusion provides the expertise organizations often lack in-house for Microsoft 365 deployment and optimization. We do not introduce additional Microsoft 365 features, applications, or configuration changes without first understanding and quantifying the business value of proposed modifications. Our service objectives ensure that Microsoft 365 environmental changes are warranted, business-value justifiable, and able to provide improvements that offset the cost of implementation, enabling clients to make more informed decisions about their Microsoft 365 investments and adoption strategy.
Customizable Managed and Professional Services for Microsoft 365 Each client's Microsoft 365 environment is assessed for its unique requirements for Managed Services and/or Professional Services related to deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimization. Once determined, an inventory of Microsoft 365-related services is defined, approved, contracted, and implemented with applicable vendors and Microsoft partners. Adopted services are reviewed and re-validated on a semi-annual or annual basis to ensure continued applicability as business requirements and Microsoft 365 capabilities evolve.
Microsoft 365 Vendor and Partner Management Optionally, the BizTech Fusion White Glove Service may assume management of Microsoft 365 partners and vendors contracted to support aspects of the client's Microsoft 365 environment (contingent on whether such contracts may be legally subsumed by the Service).
Dedicated Contact for One-Call Microsoft 365 Concierge Issue Resolution Each client is provided contact information for primary and secondary White Glove Service Executives who understand the unique Microsoft 365 requirements of that client and manage the end-to-end issue resolution process on the client's behalf. During Microsoft 365 service events, clients may contact their designated White Glove Service Executive to have the issue managed autonomously, or they may choose to have members of their internal support team involved to work through issues collaboratively. Through this approach, clients receive both a single point of contact for Microsoft 365 issue pursuit and resolution, and expert knowledge transfer to assist their internal support teams in developing greater self-sufficiency with Microsoft 365 management.
Strategic Planning & Support Services for Microsoft 365 Expansion Once initiated, the Service immediately begins to: • Collect data on the client's Microsoft 365 infrastructure to capture critical architecture elements and usage patterns • Interview key client stakeholders to understand how well Microsoft 365 is supporting business objectives • Build a knowledge-base of all Microsoft 365 services, applications, and integrations under management • Capture, define, and/or refine strategic business goals that can be supported through expanded Microsoft 365 adoption From the information compiled during this exercise, the Service is then able to: • Evaluate how effectively the client's current Microsoft 365 deployment meets its identified business objectives • Define a path to enhanced Microsoft 365 utilization and feature adoption to increase the probability of meeting those business objectives • Assist with developing a roadmap for ensur
