Unlike other Microsoft Partners, we’ll proactively work with you to manage and optimise your Microsoft Azure cloud environment together, helping you to drive improvements and achieve continuous optimisation. ANS’ Pro Level service is designed to provide a typical SMB with everything you would need to assist in running a day-to-day operation in Microsoft Azure, giving you access to Enterprise-focused features, without the Enterprise price tag. As part of this service, you’ll receive our Base level support which includes overnight break/fix support as well as access to critical services such as LogicMonitor and Cloud Health and features such as ‘How to’ support. Our Pro package will provide: • Runbooks (setup fee per runbook) • A dedicated Account Manager • ANS GLASS portal access • 24X7X365 technical support P1 • Business hours technical support
