URVE Smart Office improves corporate resources management
Are you looking for a system that makes it easy for employees in your company to book desks/rooms/parking spaces/employee lockers and any other resources in the office? URVE Smart Office (USO) is such a solution.
The USO application is aimed at employees who are provided with convenient tools to make bookings on their own and manage them afterwards. The system is great for automating repetitive office processes, which has a positive impact on reducing costs for the organisation. Smart Office was designed for hybrid work, when employees are in constant rotation and the number of desks, parking spaces or other resources to be managed by the USO is limited.

Integration with Microsoft tools
The system works with the most popular Microsoft® solutions (Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory), thus ensuring maximum security and privacy for your organisation's internal data.
