A live US Based trainer will get your DMO user trained on using their existing DMO license within your EHR.
Once the purchase is complete, a scheduling link will be sent to the listed email to schedule the one on one session with a live, US Based, trainer. You will be able to select the best date and time for the one hour session. At the time of the session, the trainer will call the user and remote into their machine. A test patient will be accessed within the EHR for the session. The trainer will assist the user in optimizing their DMO settings and show them how to properly use within the EHR. The session can be up to one hour and may be less based on the users existing DMO knowledge.
