Long Term (PoC-Based Roadmap):
✔ Integrate enterprise data sources (ERP/CRM systems, data lakes, relational databases, and APIs). ✔ Migrate historical data to Microsoft Fabric. ✔ Standardize and optimize critical dashboards. ✔ Implement AI/ML strategies on Fabric, including forecasting, segmentation, and analytical assistants.

✔ Architecture & Data Ingestion: Azure reference architecture, work plan, and user stories. ✔ Analytical Solution Enablement: Fabric source integration and PoC user interface. ✔ Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Technical documentation and structured knowledge transfer sessions.

✔ Service delivered fully remotely. ✔ Timelines exclude waiting times for data access approvals. ✔ Supported sources include Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, Dynamics, and other databases. ✔ iData does not assume custody of client source code. ✔ Requirement changes follow a formal change management process. ✔ Client stakeholders must be available for reviews and knowledge transfer sessions. ✔ Environment-to-environment deployments, post-migration support, and maintenance are not included.
