A set of services that helps you implement and adopt Booking app in an efficient and secure manner.

Environment Check & Setup (2 hours) Before any deployment begins, our consultant will perform a thorough review of both your Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams environments to ensure all prerequisites are in place. This includes verifying licensing, permissions, environment configurations, and compatibility requirements within your Power Platform tenant. Any differences and limitations between the two environments will be assessed and accounted for, so that the subsequent deployment can proceed smoothly and without interruption.

Deployment & Basic Configuration of the Tickets Product (3 hours) Once both environments are confirmed ready, our team will proceed with the full deployment of the Tickets product. This covers installation and configuration across your Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams environments, ensuring the solution is properly set up in each context according to its intended use. The goal of this phase is to have a fully functional, ready-to-use solution in place by the end of the session.

Online User Training (2 hours) To ensure a smooth adoption across your team, we provide a dedicated online training session for your end users and administrators. During this session, participants will be walked through the core features and everyday workflows of the Tickets product, including any differences in experience between the Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams environments. The training is designed to be practical and role-specific, so your team feels confident using the solution from day one.

Post-Deployment Support (1 hour) Following the go-live, you will have access to a dedicated support session to address any questions, unexpected behavior, or fine-tuning needs that arise in the initial period of use. Our consultant will be available to assist with minor adjustments across both environments and to ensure the solution is performing as expected in your live setup.
