Turn client emails into tasks in your client portal, without leaving the inbox.
Client requests belong in the portal, not in the inbox. If a client emails you anyway, FeatValue turns the email into a task in the right client project in just a few clicks, text and attachments included, no copying needed. From then on, status updates, questions and approvals happen in the portal instead of long email threads.
FeatValue is the client portal for agencies and service providers. Your team keeps working in the tools it already uses: FeatValue sits on top of Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp and other project tools and gives your clients one clear place to follow tasks, leave feedback and approve work. This add-in brings the portal into Outlook.
Email to task
Open an email and select FeatValue on the ribbon. The pane recognizes the client by the sender address, suggests the matching project and pulls in the subject, text and attachments. Check priority and description, submit, and the task is in the client portal.
New clients on the spot
Someone writes to you for the first time? Company name, email address and contact person are filled in from the email. On submit, FeatValue creates the client and a project, with the inquiry as the first task. New contacts of existing clients are assigned once and recognized from then on.
Every reply shows the matching task
FeatValue links each task to its email conversation. Open a later reply and the pane shows the task with its status right away, so you know where the request stands without searching.
Feedback as a comment
Not every email is a new task. Add it as a comment to an open task and set the next status in the same step, for example Feedback after a review.
