PensionFlow – Core Platform

PensionFlow is an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for Section 13B licensed pension fund administrators and self-administered retirement funds. Built on the Microsoft Cloud, PensionFlow provides a secure, multi-tenant environment to manage multiple pension funds, participating employers, members, contributions, claims, and governance processes from a single platform.

The platform is designed to reflect the real operating structure of pension administration, where an administrator may manage several funds, each with different employers, governance roles, and operational requirements. PensionFlow supports both self-administered funds and externally administered funds, including umbrella and single-employer funds.

PensionFlow benefits pension administrators, Principal Officers, trustees, and fund operations teams who require a reliable system to manage daily administration while maintaining strong governance and audit readiness. Role-based access control and tenant isolation ensure that users only access data relevant to their organisation and assigned funds.
