Steps for Implementation:

Phase 1: Discovery & Assessment Phase ( 3 Days)

Gather below Details from Customer on Business needs and Compliance regulatory requirements

  • Review of existing customer licensing , User Working Hours, Existing IT Systems like Identity and access management, Required Application , Security, User Bandwidth etc
  • RPO /RTO Requirement
  • How Internal & External Users are accessing Environment
  • Any Pain areas in Current Infrastructure and Expectation on Azure Infrastructure

Phase 2: Solution Design and Documentation Phase ( 2 Days)
  • Document – WVD Solution – POC to Complete Production Migration
  • Provide Azure Estimated Consumption; Other components Estimate
  • Create Azure Subscription

Phase 3 : Setup of Azure Infrastructure ( 6 Days)
  • Implement a Windows Virtual Desktop Host Pool for Personal or Pooled Desktops
  • Configure Licenses
  • Green Field setup or As is /Refactor Migration
  • Configure and Manage Security Framework and Monitor as per Best Practices
  • Configure users with existing or Fresh AD Give
  • Create a Windows Virtual Desktop Host Pool for a Full Desktop/publish Applications
  • Create an Application group and assign applications and users to it
  • Enable MFA and Identity Protection for WVD Users.
  • Configure Backup and Alerts

Phase 4: Test , Train and Hand over ( 3 Days)
  • Demonstrate both browser-based option, Windows app and iOS/android app for connectivity
  • Hand holding and Hand Over
