Power Enablement CoE: 4-Week Implementation

Introduction

The Power Enablement implementation defines and implements governance policies for Power Platform and enables continued monitoring to encourage usage through education and nurture of a community of Power Platform Champions. The estimated delivery for this implementation is 4 weeks and this will vary depending on the size and requirements of the customer, which are defined prior to beginning the implementation.

Agenda

The implementation is split in to 3 sections, Empower, Educate and Enable which cover technical development training, education sessions and user adoption to ensure continued usage of the Power Platform across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI. The approach is based on a series of sessions to understand the current environment and what is required to deliver the Power Platform Centre of Excellence.

Outcomes

The outcomes will be deployment of the Microsoft centre of excellence for Power Platform and a schedule for training and nurturing. The price for this implementation is estimated based on previous engagements and the time and materials needed to complete this work.
