The engagement provides communications and adoption expertise, capabilities and know-how that customers typically do not have in-house or need to augment, producing tailored written content that drives awareness, understanding and behavioural change across Microsoft 365 adoption programmes. The engagement leverages Microsoft 365 services throughout delivery — Microsoft Teams for stakeholder workshops and content reviews, Microsoft SharePoint for content collaboration and version control, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate drafting and editorial refinement. Outputs are designed for distribution across the customer's existing Microsoft 365 communication channels including Microsoft SharePoint intranets, Microsoft Outlook email, Microsoft Teams announcements and Microsoft Viva Engage communities.

Detailed agenda

Phase 1 — Planning

  • Content planning session (1 hour) via Microsoft Teams: confirm programme objectives, target audiences, priority content areas, communication channels and brand or editorial requirements

Phase 2 — Content creation

  • Bespoke content creation (up to 5 days): tailored written communications and enablement materials produced collaboratively in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Word, Microsoft SharePoint), aligned to agreed priorities
  • Outputs may include internal communications copy, Microsoft SharePoint intranet articles, leadership messages, FAQs, programme guidance and quick-reference materials supporting Microsoft 365 adoption
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot is used during drafting to accelerate iteration, editorial refinement and tone alignment

Phase 3 — Review and handover

  • Consolidated review through a single nominated customer contact via Microsoft Teams
  • Final materials issued in editable Microsoft 365 formats (Microsoft Word, Microsoft SharePoint pages) for the customer to distribute through Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Viva Engage
