"Microsoft Copilot Chat Adoption is a Microsoft 365 professional services engagement that helps customers get started with — and extend their use of — Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365. The engagement provides launch and adoption expertise, capabilities and know-how that customers typically do not have in-house or need to augment, supporting organisations launching Microsoft Copilot Chat through structured engagement planning, coordinated communications and ready-made learning resources. The engagement leverages Microsoft 365 services throughout delivery — Microsoft Teams for project progress meetings and optional live training, Microsoft SharePoint for the deployed Learning Hub and communication materials, and Microsoft Viva Engage for community management. Focuses on practical execution activities — a Microsoft SharePoint–hosted learning hub and templated communication materials — to introduce Microsoft Copilot Chat in a clear, accessible way aligned to existing internal policies.

Detailed agenda

Phase 1 — Initiation

• Project initiation and engagement planning workshop via Microsoft Teams
• Up to five 30-minute project progress meetings via Microsoft Teams

Phase 2 — Deployment

• Microsoft SharePoint Learning Hub deployment with up to 20 bitesize Microsoft Copilot Chat videos
• Awareness and launch communications (templated materials)

Phase 3 — Optional modules

• Optional: 6 × 60-minute live Microsoft Copilot Chat training sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Optional: 5 weeks of Microsoft Viva Engage community management
