Microsoft Project is designed to assist a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads.

By default, Project Online works with Microsoft Entra ID. To get started, sign up for Project Online using an account in your instance of Microsoft Entra ID.

* Enterprise Single Sign-On - Microsoft Entra ID supports rich enterprise-class single sign-on with Project Online out of the box. Users sign in using their organizational accounts hosted in Active Directory.

* Easy Configuration - Microsoft Entra ID provides a simple step-by-step user interface for connecting Project Online to Microsoft Entra ID.
